I operate as a living man, offering this as a private, good-faith contract for service between living men and women of the land. Within this private capacity, I receive your income documentation and supporting records—uploaded to a shared private Google Drive folder—to prepare both your federal and state filings in honor, outside of the corporate jurisdiction. Each completed packet is compiled in hard copy and mailed to you directly, including your prepared returns, a declaration of private capacity, and pre-addressed envelopes for both the Internal Revenue Service and your state revenue office.

Your only actions are to provide the requested income records, review your packet, apply three wet-ink autographs in your private capacity, and, if you prefer to keep your Social Security Number undisclosed to me, write it in yourself prior to mailing. The envelopes are provided pre-addressed for your convenience.

In return for the preparation and assembly of your complete lawful filing packet, I request a gift equal to five percent (5%) of the income that would have been deemed taxable had it been reported in Federal Reserve Notes. This gift is offered voluntarily and may be tendered after you receive your refund, as a private exchange between living beings. All such gifts are settled in lawful money, not as taxable income but as private consideration under the law of the land.

This engagement exists purely in the private, by mutual consent and in full disclosure. I serve only as a ministerial preparer and assembler of your documents; you remain the living man or woman—the principal, executor, and beneficiary—retaining full authority and dominion over all filings and correspondence.
